CONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGY
1. Grassroots treatment: The grassroots must be dry, clean, solid, and flat, without release agents, cement powder, oil stains, dust, and spilled mortar.
2.Brushing adhesive: Mix the adhesive evenly first. Use a brush or roller to apply the backing adhesive to the back of the tile, let it dry for about 10-30 minutes until the surface is dry (the coating is transparent),and then use tile adhesive or cement mortar to lay it.
3.Reference dosage: approximately 0.1～0.15kg/ m².
PRECAUTIONS
1.Toensure product quality, the tile backing adhesive shall not be diluted with water or mixed with any other substances.
2.The recommended construction temperature is 5-35℃,and construction should be avoided in environments with rain, snow, frost, high temperature exposure, or large dust.
3.After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible. If there are hard lumps, do not mix with water again and keep it out of reach of children.
4. When using this product, general labor protection equipment should be worn and the construction environment should be kept ventilated.
STORAGEAND TRANS PORTATION
1. Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored at a temperature of 5-35℃. Pay attention to antifreeze, moisture resistance, and exposure to sunlight;
2.This product is a non flammable, explosive, and corrosive material that can be transported as general cargo. Sunscreen and antifreeze should be applied during transportation Protect from rain, compression, and collision, and keep the packaging intact and undamaged.

施工工艺】
1、基层处理：基层必须干燥清洁、结实平整，无脱模剂、水泥粉末、油渍、灰尘及溅落的灰浆。
2、涂刷背胶：先将背胶搅拌均匀，用毛刷或滚筒将背胶涂刷在瓷砖背面，晾置10-30分钟左右至表干(涂膜成透明状态)时，可用瓷砖胶或水泥砂浆铺贴。
3、参考用量：0.1～0.15kg/m²。

注意事项】
1、为保证产品质量,砖背胶不得加水稀释及掺和其它任何物质。
2、施工温度建议在5-35℃,避免在雨雪、霜冻、高温暴晒或灰尘较大的环境下施工。
3、开封后的产品需尽快用完,如有出现硬块不可再次加水搅拌使用,并置于儿童不易触及到的地方。
4、在使用本品时应佩戴一般劳动防护用品,施工环境保持通风。

贮存与运输】
1、在阴凉干燥处密封储存,储存温度5-35℃,注意防冻、防潮和暴晒;
2、本品为非易燃易爆易蚀材料,可按一般货物运输。运输中应防晒、防冻、防止雨淋、挤压、碰撞,保存包装完好无损。
