This product is made of imported latex powder from Germany, high-strength 425 cement, cellulose, fine calcium powder, fine sand, flexible crack resistant additives and other materials; It has the advantages of high adhesive strength, good water resistance, clean odor without pollution, formaldehyde free, reliable quality, convenient construction, easy leveling, flexible crack resistance, etc.
CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. The grassroots should be solid, flat, free of oil stains, floating dust, etc; The powdery and hollow base must be removed; Smooth surface walls, cement board walls, wooden board walls, or new building materials such as gypsum board, polystyrene board and other base layers need to be coated with interface agents before construction can begin;
2. Effective joint or crack prevention treatment is required for seams, cracks, and easily cracked base surfaces before construction can proceed;
3. Mix this product with water in a ratio of 1:0.3-0.4, stir until it forms a uniform paste, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then stir again before use;
4. When scraping, it should be divided into 2 batches, and the thickness of each batch should be controlled between 2mm and 4mm; If the scraping is too thin, it is easy to peel off the powder, and if the scraping is too thick, it is easy to crack; The mixed paste should be used up within 3 hours, and it is forbidden to add water and mix the dried paste again before use;
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. During product construction, relevant national construction standards and the construction process of this product must be followed; The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5-40°C; When exceeding the scope, construction is strictly prohibited;
2. It is strictly prohibited to mix this product with other brands of products, and it is strictly forbidden to artificially add any cement, stone powder, cellulose additives, etc., otherwise it will affect the quality of the product:
3. Due to the different water absorption and moisture content of the base layer, it is normal for this product to bubble during the batch scraping process. It needs to be scraped again when it is in a semi dry state, or 1% gypsum powder can be added during mixing to solve the problem;
4. During construction, attention should be paid to weather changes and construction should be avoided on rainy days to prevent the loss of strength after being washed away by rainwater. If it is washed away by rainwater within 24 hours after construction, it needs to be removed and rebuilt:

After 24 hours of construction, this product needs to be watered and cured 3-4 times or more to fully achieve the required strength; Especially when encountering high temperatures or dry and windy weather, timely maintenance is necessary, otherwise it is easy to cause powdering or insufficient strength;
6. After the construction of this product is completed, it needs to undergo a curing period of 7-15 days to reach a certain strength before proceeding with the subsequent construction of the decorative layer. Otherwise, it is easy for the color separation paper to pull off the bottom layer or the decorative layer to fall off.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and attention should be paid to preventing rainwater from getting wet during transportation;
2. Undampened and unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months.

【施工工艺】
1、基层应坚实、平整、无油污、浮尘等；粉化、空鼓的基层必须清除；表面光滑的墙面、水泥板墙面、木质板墙面、或新型建筑材料如石膏板、聚苯板等基层需刷涂界面剂后方能施工；
2、有接缝、裂缝及易裂基面需做有效接缝或防裂处理后才能施工；
3、将本产品和水按照1:0.3-0.4的比例进混合、搅拌至均匀成膏状,静置5分钟后再次搅拌即可使用；
4、批刮时应分为2次批刮，每次批刮厚度须控制在2mm至4mm之间;如批刮太薄，容易脱粉，批刮太厚，容易开裂；搅拌好的膏浆应在3小时内使用完毕，禁止将已干结膏浆重新加水搅拌使用。
【执行标准】
本产品执行JG/T157-2009《建筑外墙用腻子》标准。
【注意事项】
1、产品施工时需遵循国家相关施工规范及本品施工工艺;施工环境温度应控制在5-40℃之间；超出范围时，严禁施工；
2、严禁将本品与其他品牌的产品混用，严禁人为添加任何水泥、石粉、纤维素外加剂等，否则将会影响产品质量；
3、因为基层吸水率和含水率不同，本产品在批刮过程中出现起泡属于正常情况，需等其半干状态时再收刮一次即可，或者在搅拌时加入1%的石膏粉即可解决；
4、施工时，需注意天气变化，避免在下雨天施工，以免雨水冲刷后失去强度，如施工后24小时内被雨水冲刷，需铲除后重新施工；
5、本产品施工24小时后，需洒水养护3-4次以上，最终才能完全达到应有的强度；特别是遇到高温或者干燥大风天气时，需要及时养护，否则容易出现脱粉或者强度不足的情况；
6、本产品施工完成后，需经过7-15天的养护期达到一定强度后，才能进行后续的饰面层施工，否则容易出现分色纸拉脱底层，或者饰面层脱落的情况。
【包装与储存】
1、本品应存放于阴凉干燥处、运输过程需注意防止雨水淋湿；
2、未受潮和未开封产品保质期12个月。
