Our company's putty powder is made of imported latex powder, calcium ash, high-quality cement, imported cellulose, fine heavy calcium powder, fine sand and other materials, which are blended together; It has the advantages of high adhesive strength, good water resistance, clean and pollution-free taste, no formaldehyde, reliable quality, easy construction, easy polishing and leveling, and smooth and delicate wall surface.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. The grassroots should be solid, flat, free of oil stains, floating dust, etc; The powdery and hollow base must be removed; Smooth surface walls, cement board walls, wooden board walls, and new building materials (such as gypsum board and polystyrene board) need to be coated with interface agents before construction can begin;
2. Effective joint or crack prevention treatment must be carried out for seams, cracks, and easily cracked base surfaces before construction can proceed;
3. Mix putty powder and water in a ratio of 1:0.3-0.4, stir evenly to form a paste, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then stir again before use;
4. The scraping process should be divided into two batches, with each batch having a thickness controlled between 1MM and 3MM; If the scraping is too thin, it is easy to peel off the powder; Scratching too thick can easily cause cracking; The mixed paste should be used up within 3 hours, and it is forbidden to add water and mix the dried paste again before use.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. During product construction, it is necessary to follow relevant national construction standards and the construction process of this product; The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5-40 'C. Construction is strictly prohibited when it exceeds this range;
2. This product is strictly prohibited from being mixed with putty powder from other brands, and any artificial additives such as cement, stone powder, cellulose, etc. are strictly prohibited, otherwise it will affect the product quality;
3. Due to the different water absorption and moisture content of the base layer, it is normal for the putty powder to bubble during the scraping process. It is necessary to wait until it is semi dry before scraping again, or add 1% gypsum powder when mixing the putty powder to solve the problem;
4. When applying putty powder, attention should be paid to weather changes and construction should be avoided on rainy days to prevent it from losing its strength after being washed away by rainwater. If it is washed away by rainwater within 24 hours after construction, it needs to be removed and re applied;
5. After 24 hours of exterior wall putty powder construction, watering and curing should be carried out 3-4 times to fully achieve the required strength; Especially when encountering high temperatures or dry and windy weather, timely maintenance is necessary, otherwise the exterior wall putty is prone to powdering or insufficient strength;
6. After the completion of exterior wall putty construction, a curing period of 7-15 days is required to ensure that the putty reaches a certain strength before proceeding with the subsequent decorative layer construction; Otherwise, it is easy for the color separation paper to pull off the putty layer or for the decorative layer to peel off.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
1.This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and attention should be paid to preventing rainwater from getting wet during transportation;
2. Undampened and unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months.

【施工工艺】
1、基层应坚实、平整、无油污、浮尘等；粉化、空鼓的基层必须清除，表面光滑的墙面、水泥板墙面、木质板墙面、新型建筑材料(如石膏板、聚苯板)等墙面，需刷涂界面剂后方能施工；
2、有接缝、裂缝及易裂基面须做有效接缝或防裂处理后方能施工；
3、将腻子粉：水按照1:0.3-0.4的比例混合、搅拌均匀成膏状，静置5分钟后再次搅拌即可使用；
4、批刮时应分为2次批刮,每次批刮厚度控制在1MM至3MM之间;如批刮太薄，容易脱粉；批刮太厚，容易开裂；已搅拌好的膏浆应在3小时内使用完毕，禁止将已干结膏浆重新加水搅拌使用。

【执行标准】
本产品执行JG/T157-2009《建筑外墙用腻子》标准。

【注意事项】
1、产品施工时需道循国家相关施工规范及本品施工工艺；施工环境温度控制在5-40℃之间，超出范围时，严禁施工；
2、本品严禁与其他品牌的腻子粉混用，严禁人为添加任何水泥、石粉、纤维素等外加剂，否则将会影响产品质量；
3、因为基层吸水率和含水率不同，腻子粉在批刮过程中出现起泡属于正常情况，需等其半干状态时再收刮一次即可，或者在腻子粉搅拌时加入1%的石膏粉即可解决；
4、腻子粉施工时，需注意天气变化，避免在下雨天施工，以免雨水冲刷后失去强度，如施工后24小时内被雨水冲刷，需铲除后重新施工；
5、外墙腻子粉施工24小时后，需洒水养护3-4次才能完全达到应有的强度；特别是遇到高温或者干燥大风天气时，需要及时养护，否则外墙腻子容易出现脱粉或者强度不足的情况；
6、外墙腻子施工完成后，需等7-15天的养护期，使腻子达到一定强度后，才能进行后续的饰面层施工；否则容易出现分色纸拉脱腻子层，或者饰面层脱落情况。

【包装与储存】
1、本品应存放于阴凉干燥处、运输过程需注意防止雨水淋湿；
2、未受潮和未开封产品保质期12个月。
