Two Component Strong Ceramic Tile Back Adhesive

Two component high-efficiency ceramic tile back coating adhesive is a high-performance anti stripping treatment agent and reinforcing agent with high bonding strength. Produced using unique emulsification technology, the product has excellent adhesion and environmental protection characteristics. After the penetration and solidification of the adhesive slurry. the bonding strength between the pre treated base surface and the concrete mortar is strenethened. It is a functional product that can solve the problems of hollowing  and falling  tiles in low water absorption vitrified tiles, marble, granite, etc. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor floors and humid environments.

CONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGY
1.The base must be solid, flat, dry, clean, free of release agents, cement powder, oil, dust, and spilled mortar.
2. Strictly pour components A and B into the container according to the specified ratio of the product, and stir at high speed with a stirrer for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is evenly mixed without particles or sediment. After mixing, let it stand for 3-5
minutes until the bubbles disappear before starting construction.
3.Ensure complete coverage of the back of the evenly rolled ceramic tiles, without any omissions or sagging. After painting, wait for the adhesive layer to reach the "layable state" (usually drying time of 15-60 minutes, subject to non stick hands) Immediately apply tile adhesive and compact it to ensure that the adhesive layer is fully bonded with the bonding material.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Avoid construction in rainy or dusty environments.
2. After opening, the product should be used up as soon as possible. If there are hard lumps, do not mix with water again and keep it out of reach of children.
3. When using this product, general labor protection equipment should be worn and the construction environment should be kept ventilated.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
1. Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored at a temperature of 5-35°C. Pay attention to antifreeze, moisture resistance, and exposure to sunlight;
2.This product is a non flammable, explosive, and corrosive material that can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from sunlight, frost, rain, compression, and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact and undamaged.

【施工工艺】
1、基层必须结实平整、干燥清洁、无脱模剂、无水泥粉末、无油无灰尘及溅落的灰浆。
2、严格按照产品规定的比例将A、B组份倒入容器中用搅拌器高速搅拌3-5分钟，直至混合均匀，无颗粒、无沉淀。搅拌后静置3-5分钟待泡消失后进行施工。
3、均匀滚筒瓷砖背面确保完全覆盖，无漏涂、流挂。涂刷后需等待胶层达到“可铺贴状态”(通常表干时间15-60分钟，以不粘手为准)。立即用瓷砖胶铺贴，铺贴时要压实，确保胶层与粘接材料充分结合。

【注意事项】
1、避免在雨天或灰尘较大的环境下进行施工。
2、开封后的产品需尽快用完，如有出现硬块不可再次加水搅拌使用，并置于儿童不易触及到的地方。
3、在使用本品时应佩戴一般劳动防护用品，施工环境保持通风。

【贮存与运输】
1、在阴凉干燥处密封储存，储存温度5-35℃,注意防冻、防潮和暴晒；
2、本品为非易燃易爆易蚀材料，可按一般货物运输。运输中应防晒、防冻、防止雨淋、挤压、碰撞,保存包装完好无损。

【保存期】12个月。
