PRODUCT FEATURES
This product is made by blending imported latex powder, gray calcium, white cement, cellulose, fine heavy calcium powder and other materials; It has the advantages of high adhesive strength, good water resistance, no odor pollution, no formaldehyde, reliable quality, easy construction, easy to find, and good filling performance.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. The grassroots should be solid, flat, free of oil stains, floating dust, etc; The powdery and hollow base must be removed; Smooth surface walls, cement board walls, wooden board walls, or new building materials such as gypsum board and
polystyrene board walls need to be coated with interface agents before construction can begin;
2. Effective joint or crack prevention treatment is required for seams, cracks, and easily cracked base surfaces before construction can proceed;
3. Mix the putty powder and water in a ratio of l:0.35-0.4, stir until it becomes a paste, let it stand for 5 minutes, and then stir again before use;
4. When scraping, it should be divided into substrate and fabric scraping. The first batch of scraping should use this product as the substrate, with a thickness controlled between 2MM and 3MM; After the first coat is completely dry, use our company's "environmentally friendly interior wall putty powder" or "polishing putty powder" to apply the second and third coats. The thickness of the application can be found in the instructions on the packaging bag;
5. The putty powder should be used up within 3 hours, and it is forbidden to add water and stir the dried paste again before use.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. During product construction, relevant national construction standards and the construction process of this product must be followed;
2. This product is alkaline, avoid entering the eyes. If accidentally entering the eyes, rinse with plenty of water in a timely manner;
3. This product is strictly prohibited from being mixed with putty powder from other brands, and any artificial additives such as cement, stone powder, cellulose, etc. are strictly prohibited, otherwise it will affect the product quality;
4. Due to the different water absorption and moisture content of the base layer, it is normal for the putty powder to bubble during the scraping process. It is necessary to wait until it is semi dry before scraping again, or add 1% gypsum powder when mixing the putty powder to solve the problem;
5. If encountering cold and humid weather (returning to the south), please stop surface construction, especially in rooms with poor ventilation, otherwise delamination may occur

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
1. This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and attention should be paid to preventing rainwater from getting wet during transportation;
2. Undampened and unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months.

【施工工艺】
1、基层应坚实、平整、无油污、浮尘等；粉化、空鼓的基层必须清除；表面光滑墙面、水泥板墙面、木质板墙面、或者新型建筑材料如石膏板、聚苯板等墙面需刷涂界面剂后方能施工；
2、有接缝、裂缝及易裂基面需做有效接缝或防裂处理后才能施工；
3、将腻子粉和水按照1:0.35-0.4的比例混合、搅拌至均匀成膏状，静置5分钟后再次搅拌即可使用；
4、批刮时应分为底料和面料批刮，第一遍批刮本产品作为底料，厚度控制在2MM至3MM之间；等第一遍完全干透以后，用本公司的“环保内墙腻子粉”或者“抛光腻子粉”批刮第二遍和第三遍，批刮厚度见包装袋的使用说明；
5、腻子粉应在3小时内使用完毕，禁止将已干结膏浆重新加水搅拌使用。

【执行标准】
本产品执行JG/T298-2010《建筑室内用腻子》标准。

【注意事项】
1、产品施工时需遵循国家相关施工规范及本品施工工艺；
2、本产品呈碱性，避免进入眼睛，如不慎入眼应及时用大量清水冲洗；
3、本品严禁与其他品牌的腻子粉混用，严禁人为添加任何水泥、石粉、纤维素等外加剂，否则将会影响产品质量；
4、因为基层吸水率和含水率不同，腻子粉在批刮过程中出现起泡属于正常情况，需等其半干状态时再收刮一次即可，或者在腻子粉搅拌时加入1%的石膏粉即可解决；
5、如遇到阴冷潮湿的天气(回南天)，请停止面层施工，特别是通风效果不好的房间里面，否则容易出现脱层情况。

【包装与储存】
1、本品应存放于阴凉干燥处、运输过程需注意防止雨水淋湿；
2、未受潮和未开封产品保质期12个月。
