EASY TO STICK CERAMIC TILE ADHESIVE

PRODUCT FEATURES
This product is made by blending imported latex powder, high-strength cement, cellulose, fine calcium powder, fine sand and other materials; It has the advantages of high adhesive strength, easy construction, no hollowing, good resistance to sagging, and environmental friendliness; Suitable for the construction of ceramic tiles with various water absorption rates.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. All surfaces of the base layer should be solid, dry, clean, without shaking, oil stains, wax stains, concrete curing agents, and other loose materials. Surfaces with paint should be roughened to expose at least 80% of the original surface; The surface of the new concrete should be cured for at least 28 days before laying bricks; Newly plastered walls should be cured for at least 14 days before laying bricks; Old concrete or plastered walls should be cleaned with degreaser, then rinsed with high-pressure water, and allowed to air dry for 24 hours before laying bricks; If encountering a base with a high water absorption rate, the base must be wetted before laying bricks before construction; Before laying tiles, it is necessary to apply qualified tile backing adhesive on the back of the tiles.
2. Mix and stir this product into a paste with a water cement ratio of 1:4,letit stand for 5 minutes, and stir again before use; The best effect is achieved when the mixed slurry is used within one hour.
3. Use a toothed scraper to apply the adhesive on the base layer, and scrape it evenly and evenly. Then, during the drying time, rub and press the soaked tiles onto it, adjust the level and verticality accordingly; Alternatively, the adhesive can be directly applied to the ceramic tiles with adhesive backing, with a thickness of 10-20mm, depending on the final flatness of the wall surface.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
1. During product construction, relevant national construction standards and the construction process of this product must be followed; The construction environment temperature should be controlled between 5-35 °C. Construction is strictly prohibited when it exceeds this range;
2. This product is strictly prohibited from being mixed with other brands of tile adhesives, and any artificial additives such as cement, sand, gravel, cellulose, etc. are strictly prohibited, otherwise it will affect the product quality;
3. Before tiling, the release agent on the back of the tiles must be cleaned thoroughly. If the grooves on the back of the tiles are deep, a double-sided adhesive coating method must be used to ensure the bonding strength;
4. After the tiling is completed, the next step of joint filling can only be carried out after the adhesive has completely dried and solidified;

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
1.This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and attention should be paid to preventing rainwater from getting wet during transportation;
2. Undampened and unopened products have a shelf life of 12 months. If they have not been dampened or clumped after 12 months, the product can still be used.

【施工工艺】
1、基层所有表面应坚实、干燥、清洁，不晃动，无油污，蜡渍，混泥土养护剂和其他松散物，有油漆的表面应作粗琢，至少要暴露80%原表面；新混泥土表面应最少28天养护后方可铺砖；新抹灰墙面最少应养护14天方可铺砖；旧混泥土或旧抹灰墙面应使用去油污剂清洁，然后用高压水冲洗干净，经24小时晾干后才能铺砖；如遇吸水率比较大的基层，施工前必须先润湿基面后，方能铺砖；铺贴瓷砖前，须在瓷砖背面涂刷质量合格的瓷砖背胶；
2、将本产品按照1:4的水灰比混合搅拌成膏状，静置5分钟后，再搅拌一次即可使用;搅拌好的浆料在一小时内使用完毕效果最佳；
3、用齿型刮板将胶浆涂抹于基层上面，并刮涂平整分布均匀，然后再晾置时间内将浸水后的瓷砖揉压上去，调整后水平及垂直度即可；或者可直接将胶浆直接涂抹于以涂瓷砖背胶的瓷砖上面，涂抹厚度10-20mm，具体以墙面最终平整为准。

【执行标准】本产品执行GB/T25181-2019标准。

【注意事项】
1、产品施工时需遵循国家相关施工规范及本品施工工艺；施工环境温度控制在5-35℃之间，超出范围时，严禁施工；
2、本品严禁与其他品牌的瓷砖胶混用，严禁人为添加任何水泥、砂石、纤维素等外加剂，否则将会影响产品质量；
3、贴瓷砖前，瓷砖背面的脱模剂必须清理干净，如瓷砖背面的沟隙较深，必须使用双面涂胶的施工方式，已确保粘接强度；
4、铺贴完成后，须等胶浆完全干固后才能进行下一步的填缝工序；
5、我司不承担超出保质期和不正确使用引起的质量风险责任，使用前请认真阅读产品使用说明和注意事项。


【包装与储存】
1、本品应存放于阴凉干燥处、运输过程需注意防止雨水淋湿；
2、未受潮和未开封产品保质期12个月，如12月过后仍未受潮结团，产品仍可继续使用。
