Color Based Diamond Enhancer

The color base diamond reinforcing agent mainly reacts with cement through imported resin lotion to form a dense crystalline hardening body, so as to achieve ideal wear resistance, hardening and brightening effects. The product has extremely strong permeability and can enhance the penetration of low strength base layers, improve the hardness of the base layer, and provide a stable foundation for subsequent decoration.

SCOPE OF USE
1.This product is suitable for putty layers or cement mortar layers with low strength that cause powdering. It plays a strengthening and sealing role preventing hollowing, peeling, and mold growth in the putty layer or coating layer.
2. It can be used as an interface treatment agent before waterproofing, cement plastering, and repairing mortar to prevent delamination and peeling, and increase the bonding strength between the base surface and the waterproofing or plastering layer.
3. It can also be used as a putty layer for wallpaper bottom protection, sealing reinforcement, and can replace base film.

CONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGY
1. It can be directly brushed or sprayed for construction. In areas with high quality requirements, brush brushing can be used for construction. No need to add any dilution liquid, the construction environment should be dry and ventilated.
2.It can be mixed with an electric mixer in a ratio of 1:2 reinforcement agent: cement, and used as a roughening additive for the cement mortar plastering layer.

PRECAUTIONS
1.Avoid construction in rainy or dusty environments;
2.The mixed slurry should be used up as soon as possible. If there are hard lumps, do not add water and stir again, and keep it out of reach of children;
3. When using this product, general labor protection equipment should be worn and the construction environment should be kept ventilated.

STORAGE AND RANSPORTATION
1.Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored at a temperature of 5-35°C. Pay attention to antifreeze, moisture resistance, and exposure to sunlight;
2.This product is a non flammable, explosive, and corrosive material that can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from sunlight, frost, rain, compression, and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact and undamaged.

SHELF LIFE:12 months.

【使用范围】
1、本品适用于强度低导致脱粉的腻子层或水泥砂浆层,起到强化、封闭的作用，防止腻子层或涂料层出现空鼓、脱落、发霉现象。
2、可作为防水层、水泥抹灰、修补砂浆前的界、面处理剂，防止出现分层、掉皮现象，增加基面与防水层或抹灰层的粘结力。
3、也可用于墙纸的腻子层护底、封闭强化，可以替代基膜。

【施工工艺】
1、可直接涂刷，也可喷涂施工，在质量要求较高处可使用毛刷涂刷式施工。无需添加任何稀释液体，施工环境应干燥通风。
2、可按加固剂:水泥=1:2的配比，使用电动搅拌器搅混，用作水泥砂浆抹灰层的拉毛添加剂。

【注意事项】
1、避免在雨天或灰尘较大的环境下进行施工；
2、拌好的浆料应尽快用完，如有出现硬块不可再次加水搅拌使用，并置于儿童不易触及到的地方；
3、在使用本品时应佩戴一般劳动防护用品，施工环境保持通风。

【贮存与运输】
1、在阴凉干燥处密封储存，储存温度5-35℃，注意防冻、防潮和暴晒；
2、本品为非易燃易爆易蚀材料，可按一般货物运输。运输中应防晒、防冻、防止雨淋、挤压、碰撞,保存包装完好无损。

【保存期】12个月。
