Inorganic Mineral Smart Paint

Inorganic Mineral Smart Paint is a type of coating prepared with silicate as the main bonding substance, and then adding pigments, fillers. and various additives. It can penetrate well into the substrate, undergo petrochemical reaction with the underlying layer, and produce an insoluble silicate solid compound, thus permanently integrating with the underlying layer. It has excellent water resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, fire retardant and flame retardant properties.

Construction method: roller coating/brush coating/airless spraying
Theoretical paint consumption:9～10 square meters/liter/single coat(based on a dry film thickness of 30 microns)(Note: Actual paint consumption may vary due to differences in the roughness of the actual construction surface and the dilution ratio.)
Dilution: To achieve the best painting effect, you can dilute with no more than 15%(volume ratio) of clean water according to the actual situation. Do not over-dilute, as it may lead to powdering,It should be stirred evenly before use.

PRECAUTIONS
1.After opening the can, please add 10%-15% of clean water, stir evenly, and let it stand for 5 minutes before use. During the application process, keep the lid tightly closed to prevent the paint from forming a skin. Do not pour the diluted paint back into the original packaging.
2. During winter construction, please extend the re-coating time appropriately; also extend the drying time to prevent the precipitation of alkaline substances.
3. Do not carry out construction work when the temperature is below 5°C and the relative humidity is greater than 85%.
4. Please use the company's primer and topcoat in conjunction during construction.

Storage conditions: Store in a sealed container in a low-temperature, dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from sources of ignition.

施工方法：辊涂/刷涂/无气喷涂
理论耗漆量：9～10平方米/升/单遍(干膜30微米计)(注:因实际施工表面的粗糙程度和稀释比例不同，耗漆量也有所不同。)
稀释：为达到最佳涂刷效果，可根据实际情况使用不多于15%(体积比)的清水稀释，切勿过度稀释，否则会导致起粉，使用前应搅拌均匀。

【注意事项】
1、开罐后请加清水10%-15%搅拌均匀后静置5分钟开始使用。施工间隙应盖紧罐盖，以防涂料结皮，已稀释的漆液不要倒回原包装内。
2、冬季施工时，重涂时间请适当延长；晾晒时间也延长，以防碱性物资析出。
3、温度低于5℃，相对湿度大于85%时请勿施工。
4、施工时请配套使用公司的底漆和面漆。
