CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1.Check the condition of the substrate, repair holes, depressions, hollows, and cracks on the base surface, remove oil stains, debris, and floating dust on the base surface, and keep the base surface clean and tidy;
2.Wet the base surface first, then use a base treatment agent to strengthen the base surface, and ensure that there is no visible or accumulated water on the base surface;
3.According to the actual situation of the project, at least 2 coats should be applied, and the next coat can only be constructed after the previous coat is completely dry. The thickness is about1mm,andthereferencedosageis1.3-1.5kg/m².

PRECAUTIONS
1.Avoid construction in rainy or dusty environments;
2.The mixed slurry should be used up as soon as possible. If there are hard lumps, do not add water and mix again, and keep it out of reach of children.
3. When using this product, general labor protection equipment should be worn and the construction environment should be kept ventilated.

STORAGEANDTRANSPORTATION
1. Store in a cool and dry place, sealed, with a storage temperature of 5-35℃.Be cautious against freezing, moisture, and direct sunlight;
2.This product is a non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive material, and can be transported as general cargo. During transportation, it should be protected from sunlight, frost, rain, squeezing, and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact.

[施工工艺]
1、检查基材情况，修补基面的孔洞、凹陷、空鼓和裂缝等，铲除基面油污、杂物和浮尘，保持基面干净整洁；
2、先湿润基面，然后使用基层处理剂进行基层加强处理，且基面不得有明水和积水；
3、根据项目实际情况刷涂，至少要涂刷2遍，待前道完全干透后才可施工下一道，厚度约为1mm，参考用量1.3-1.5kg/m²。

[注意事项]
1、避免在雨天或灰尘较大的环境下进行施工；
2、拌好的浆料应尽快用完，如有出现硬块不可再次加水搅拌使用，并置于儿童不易触及到的地方。
3、在使用本品时应佩戴一般劳动防护用品，施工环境保持通风。

[贮存与运输]
1、在阴凉干燥处密封储存，储存温度5-35℃，注意防冻、防潮和暴晒；
2、本品为非易燃易爆易蚀材料，可按一般货物运输。运输中应防晒、防冻、防止雨淋、挤压、碰撞，保存包装完好无损。
